WHAT?
First Annual Immigrant Communities Forum "Justice for Our Families Now" to be held on Sunday, March 25, 2007 at the LA Sports Arena from 10 am to 3 pm. More than 10,000 persons are expected to attend. The focus of the community forum is to educate, entertain, and mobilize Los Angeles in relation to a just and humane immigration reform bill and three other community priorities. No Charge. To gain access to the Forum, community members are only asked to bring a blank envelope and a .39 cent stamp. Letters will be written to their congress representatives and mailed upon the conclusion of the forum.

WHO?
A variety of speakers and entertainment will include national, state, and local officials including LA Mayor Antonio Villarraigosa, Congresswomen Napolitano and Solis, and many others. Some artists include: Graciela Beltrán, Juan Rivera, Marisela, Carmen Jara, Flakkis, Los Cadetes de Linares. Coordinating organizations include APALC, CHIRLA, CARECEN, COFEM, Hermandad Mexicana Nacional, KRC, NAKASEC, NALEO Educational Fund.
