Last week, New York State Governor Eliot Spitzer retracted from providing a 'One Driver's License for All' policy and instead endorsed the REAL ID Act. This policy shift will brand the IDs of undocumented immigrants with a distinctive marker and will infringe upon the privacy and civil rights of all New Yorkers. Call Governor Spitzer's office to tell him you oppose the REAL ID Act and to ask him to rescind this unequitable decision!
