Join family and friends to root for your favorite team during the FRANCE vs. S. KOREA World Cup Game.
Much of the rebuilding efforts in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast Region have left many of the region's low-income communities and communities of color without access to the resources that they need. Proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards organizations in the area who have done tremendous work to ensure that those who were most impacted by Hurricane Katrina lead the movement to return to and rebuild New Orleans and the Gulf Coast. Several KRC/NAKASEC folks will be making a trip out there in the coming weeks to learn about and support these efforts, understand what happened, and understand the struggles of immigrant communities during times of natural disaster.
