DHS intends to push forth a
revised SSA No-Match rule, claiming
to have responded to concerns
raised during the litigation. After
DHS publishes new rules around
New Year, there will be 30 days

and its affiliates are asking
the community to provide stories
of documented and US citizen
workers adversely impacted by
the current version of SSA No-Match,
with the purpose of putting
pressure on DHS and winning
the public debate.
