NEW CITY ORDINANCE ON ABSENTEE BALLOTS WILL LOWER MINORITY AND SENIOR VOTER PARTICIPATION

After fighting cancer of the bile duct for two months at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Los Angeles, Dad finally lost the battle at 23:47 on Friday, 18 January 2008.
May God rest his soul.
